Sarah Cherne comes to SES with an extensive background in executive management in 3 national non-profits.  She is also the founder and CEO of Cold Mountain Solutions, which offers consulting and coaching services to for-profit and non-profit businesses.  With 20+ years of experience as a CEO, Sarah excels in providing strategy and solutions to challenges around business development, expansion, capital acquisition, and overall business performance. Experienced in all aspects of executive management, Sarah excels at “turn around” operations and is considered a change agent by the teams she has worked with. She obtained a BA from the University of Southern Maine and a MA from the University of South Florida.  Sarah is a certified Executive and Career Coach trained to deliver the PDP Management program.  She has served on various boards and commissions at the city, county, and state levels and has run for public office in Charlotte, NC.  Sarah is a 26-year bride to her husband, Damon, and they have two adult children. In her spare time, she golfs, hikes, travels to any mountain region, and likes to “get creative” in the kitchen. She and her husband, Damon, worship at Vizion Church in Charlotte, NC. Sarah also leads two women-focused bible study groups and avidly reads God’s word. She was called to SES to “glorify God by serving in the hopes to make a positive difference in the lives of those around her.”
