This apologetics foundation is then applied in practical ways to prepare you for a variety of ministry and evangelistic opportunities and settings. Each certificate is designed to prepare professionals or laypersons with uniquely integrated training in theology, philosophy, and apologetics to build a complete and systematic Christian worldview. Courses can be completed at either the undergraduate or graduate level. NOTE: At this time, this certificate cannot be used as a concentration for graduate students.

Intro to Christian Apologetics

In this course, you will grapple with how to understand and defend basic elements of the Christian faith. You will be equipped to engage in conversations or debates about things such as the existence of God, the validity of miracles, the deity of Christ, and why we hold to the inspiration of the Bible.

Practical Evangelism & Apologetics

The focus of this course is the study of the principles and application of evangelism and apologetics for training and outreach in various ministry contexts. This is where the rubber meets the road if you will.

Why Should You Seriously Consider Studying at SES?

Many new students at SES have studied books like Tactics by Gregory Koukl, Lewis' Mere Christianity, or I Don't Have Enough Faith to Be an Atheist by SES alum Frank Turek and SES co-founder Norman Geisler.
