The Lead Pastor is responsible for shepherding the church body in functioning as a New Testament church. He is responsible for providing spiritual instruction from God’s Word and strategic leadership to attenders, members, staff, and ministries of the church. He serves as the chief administrative officer and supervisor of the church staff and the Elders. He meets weekly with the Elders to prioritize and carry out church business and to plan for the continued spiritual growth and effective witness of the church into the future. The Lead Pastor is not responsible for all the work but seeing that it is done and done properly. (1 Corinthians 14:40, Ephesians 4:12)
