Grace One Church (G1C) originally began as a Chinese-centric ministry at Carmel Baptist Church and became an independent church plant, launching in May 2016. While we have a distinct Asian heritage and flavor at Grace One, we desire to be a multi-cultural church family that magnifies God through Gospel-transformed lives, grace-overflowing community, and cross-cultural mission. We are currently seeking an English Ministry Pastor (ordained) / minister (unordained) who has a call to shepherd the flock, a gifting to preach the Word of God, a heart for the lost, and a passion to activate kingdom work amongst Asian American families, career adults, and youths along with the diverse communities we live in and serve.

Objective: To teach and shepherd people to love God and others, grow as Christ-followers devoted to serving one another, and multiply disciples, specifically in the areas of music and youth ministry.

Description: The music/youth pastor will be the “producer” of each worship service and special programs. He will work in accordance with the other pastors (and elders) in terms of setting the theme and the overall direction, but he will work specifically in overseeing and coordinating all the details that a service encompasses.
