I will have a bedroom and bath for rent which will be available January 31st, 2013. Short term housing is fine, with a minimum of a six month lease agreement. The rent is $475.00 plus half of the utilities, which includes electricity, wifi, cable and full use of laundry room, and kitchen for meals for yourself. The room is partially furnished with a recliner chair, small desk, small flat screen TV, and a night table, I do NOT have a bed available, of course bring your own! The room size is 14 x 11'6, the bathroom is On-Suite!
I require a deposit of a months rent and a background check, and NO PETS allowed.
My location is close to uptown Charlotte and SouthPark, and I am right on the public transit line at Providence and Fairview, where you can get a bus to connect anywhere. My Town house is in a lovely wooded quiet part of my community, my home is walking distance to the Fresh Market, Red Rocks Restaurant, Rite Aid Pharmacy, the Bank and the gas station! I ask that you be respectful, conscientious, and neat, no smoking or drinking while in the house. I do have an 18 lbs. Poodle who is 12 years old and just sleeps all day, he is a Non allergic dog, and very sweet.
