The official transcript of a student’s courses and grades may be obtained by any student or graduate whose accounts with Southern Evangelical Seminary are in good standing.
All requests for a transcipt must be accompanied with a signature. Click here to download the form. Completed forms may be faxed to the attention of Student Services at 704-845-1747 or mailed to 3000 Tilley Morris Road, Matthews, NC, 28105.
The fee for each transcript request is $5.00. Payment may be made with a check for requests made by mail or in person. Payment for faxed transcript requests must be made with a credit card.
